Rose 11-12-2006 05:54 PM RE: November 7, 2006 Election Day Hello Sister Irene, I never knew there was such a thing as a blogging nun? Well, I came across your blog and that is pretty cool! By the way, I was born in St. Paul, MN in 1957. That is where the St. Joseph's sisters are located, cool! The reason I am writing is to ask for prayer request about a job I am interviewing for this Friday. Right now I am working a seasonal job which should last until Christmas. I also could use a few more Christian friends also, seems like everyone is so busy these days and it is hard at this age to make new friends! I am single, never been married, and have no kids so except for the immediate family I don't have alot of people in my life. I guess I am kind of lonely especially on the weekends, can't even have a pet because my landlord would not allow that. We were the Foxley's, right down the street. Your family was a very caring family and our family remembers yours very fondly. Congratulations on your website. I think it is great. You have the right attitude about just doing what needs to be done! That's the only way to think. If we trust God he will lead us to the solutions. I saw a bumper sticker the other day that said God is not a democrat nor a republican and that sums it up.
